Spacious rooms, nice pool area, potential for scenic views from balconies

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade!!! Power outlets in awkward locations, privacy issues due to shared balconies, cleanliness in common areas could be improved!!!

The breakfast offered a great selection of options and was large. The service was good, the room was good-sized and cheap. Location: the hotel was close to the malls, the main areas, and western restaurants.

The venue is huge and clean with an excellent value and very very helpful and superfriendly staff. Stunning location with free parking available near all the nightclubs as well as beautiful outlets. The pool area is great too. Everything excellent...

The fun part was that the breakfast had a unique twist every morning, like the first day they served fresh omelets made right in front of us. Plus, the staff was super friendly, even making some calls for us when we needed a ride, like we were part of a big family.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but price was still reasonable.

Absolutely perfect, convenient location to busier areas by baht bus. A nice size unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The staff very helpfull. The room is clean and nice furniture. Wi-Fi Internet with good speed & free.

There was nearby a building under construction, but not that much noisy.

Spacious, beautiful interior

The hotel is wonderful, nestled in an amazing building with gorgeous rooms. The breakfasts are incredibly nice with plenty of options. Thanks to all perfect staff. All in all they offer nice service. The property is on a great and beautiful location right by central festival, Balihai, jomtein beach and restraunts and Walking Street and Beach.

The hotel was quite that provided me a peaceful environment.

The staff was friendly and assisted us with arranging nearby tours. A special moment was when we took a 10-minute drive to experience the lively nightlife in the area.

My kids wished there were more dining options available for families.

The hotel is still very new so for the moment the furnishings are still ok. The rooms are very spacious with good beds which didn't give one a backache the following morning. There is a lounge where one can have drinks, a massage joint and a few eating places just a short walk down from the hotel.

The bathroom is also very spacious, sufficient lighting but unfortunately I can't say much for the drainage system. Each time we take a shower the whole bathroom will be flooded and the water will seep into the toilet as well. The floor mat is forever wet so there is no way we can dry our feet after a shower.

the hotel in general is amazing but the managment has to provide more courses for the hotel staff like customer service and how to smile and greet there customers with a correct way .

comfortable stay with some room for improvement

The suite provided generous space, allowing my family to enjoy our stay. The quality of the bedding was excellent, contributing to restful nights. The city view from our room was a good addition to our experience.

It's a great hotel. the rooms are spacious. It's a bit far from the hustle and bustle of pattaya night life but only a 15 mins walk to the zone. the breakfast buffet was also quite good.
